Connie Pope, founder of Sunshine Gypsy Botanicals, in her garden

Our Story

Not selling products.Sharing a way of living.

Hi, I'm Connie Pope. Sunshine Gypsy Botanicals began the way most good things do — quietly, in a garden, over a cup of tea.

I've spent a lifetime loving flowers, herbs, and the slow miracle of watching things grow. Chamomile blooming along the fence. Sunflowers turning their heads. Dandelions that everyone else calls weeds. I wanted to share the feeling of a garden — not just the plants that come out of it.

So Sunshine Gypsy isn't really a tea company. It's a small invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature, and make something ordinary — a morning cup, an afternoon pause, a candle at dinner — feel like a small ceremony.

Sip the sunshine. Nourish the soul.

What we believe

We don't sell products. We sell moments.

Peace

Every ritual is an invitation to soften.

Beauty

Ordinary objects treated as ceremonial.

Intentional living

Small choices, gently repeated.

Nature first

Flowers, herbs, sunshine — always the source.

Garden of wildflowers and herbs

A day in the garden

Harvest. Blend. Rest.

Most mornings start with a walk through the garden — a handful of lemon balm, a few chamomile blooms, whatever the plants are offering that day. Everything Sunshine Gypsy Botanicals makes starts in a garden like this one, then gets carried inside and turned into something small and lovely you can share.
